Partner InfoNet

What is It?

The Partner InfoNet™ by CoreLogic is a data licensing and revenue sharing program open to all MLSs – you do not have to be a CoreLogic MarketLinx customer to participate. The Partner InfoNet is NOT a broadly defined license to use your MLS data in CoreLogic products. The permitted uses are clearly and strictly defined in contract, and no MLS data is ever used for marketing purposes.

In exchange for a share of the gross revenue, MLSs license their data to CoreLogic for use in a variety of new risk management solutions for mortgage lenders, servicers and the capital markets. The Partner InfoNet offers a safe and easy way to generate additional value for your members by applying your listing data outside of the real estate transaction. By leveraging CoreLogic’s leading market position in information and analytic solutions, you can unlock the value of your listing data and deliver real benefits back to your members.

What are the Benefits?

MLSs that choose to make CoreLogic their exclusive Risk Management data licensing partner can receive up to 40% of the gross revenue from the sale of these products, as well as access to products like:

  • The Listing and Market Activity Report
Your members will benefit from a comprehensive property and market report that includes public record and listing status on subject property, comparable sales, comparable listings, foreclosure or short sale status, current market conditions, and pricing, listing and DOM trends.
  • RealAVM
CoreLogic is the leading provider of automated valuation models (AVMs) to the mortgage industry, including lender-quality AVM values to 18 of the top 20 mortgage lenders. Agents encounter automated valuations presented by their prospects, clients, and even lenders every day. RealAVM brings our patented AVM process to your members—with values enhanced using your own MLS data. RealAVM helps ensure your members’ success by letting them preview the property values lenders are likely to see when evaluating buyers’ loan applications.
